Cranio-Sacral Therapy option

All my massages & bodywork are based on Raynor massage principles.

Different techniques are integrated during the sessions. There is a strong focus on reflexology (feet and/or hands), combined with acupressure, shiatsu, Thai and conventional deep tissue/relaxation massage.

Your body and your mindset are Unique; therefore, every session is tailored to your goals that we reassess for each session. Some days you may feel/need to have general body tension release, and some other days you may have a specific ailment you would like to work on.

Depending on your goal or your physical issue, I will guide you toward the best bodywork for you. I may need to use some Thai wooden tools if you are having a specific issue such as tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, or frozen shoulders.

During the session, you may be asked to breathe deeper than you used to. The reason is simple. When you breathe deeper, you are opening your respiratory system. In consequence, your blood receives more oxygen, and when I work on your body, I flush away the stagnating toxins (which often create the physical tightness). The toxins are transported by the blood before being treated by your liver and kidneys. By breathing deeper, you are helping yourself to release the tensions faster because everything circulates better.

The body has some mysterious way to release tensions. We think physically, but the body also feels. This is why anxiety or stress create so much trouble (heart palpitation, skin disorder, headaches, poor digestion, knot feeling…). If you come for a bodywork session, it is important to come with an open mind. Tension releases can take different forms and every session can also be very different.

You don’t need to stay in pain. Pain is only an alarm your body has created to tell you that something is unbalanced. This type of work can alleviate all sorts of physical issues.

Depending on your specific problem, you may need to come for several sessions. I usually encourage people to come for 3 sessions with ideally 2 weeks maximum apart. This way, we can progress to a long-lasting outcome.

Issues I may be able to assist you with are:

Frozen shoulders
Tennis Elbow
Pin and needles sensation
Numb fingers or toes
Wrist pain
Ankle pain
Plantar fasciitis
Headaches
Sciatica
Neck pain
Emotion Overload
And more…
