Service Description
Before booking the full-day immersion, you are invited to schedule a free 15-minute call. This short conversation allows us to briefly discuss your situation and see whether the Business Alignment Day would be helpful for you. During this call we may explore: • where you currently feel stuck or overwhelmed in your business • what you would like to improve or clarify • whether the full-day immersion would be the right next step If it feels like a good fit, we can then schedule your Alignment Day. The call can be done by Zoom or phone, depending on what is easiest for you.
Cancellation Policy
By booking any service or program with Body Mind Care, you agree to the following terms: 1. Scope of Services Services include Raynor Massage, therapeutic massage, hypno-massage, BrainSync recordings, Clinical/Simpson Protocol hypnotherapy sessions, follow-ups, and all hypnotherapy programs. These support wellbeing and mindset change but do not replace medical or psychological care. 2. Client Responsibility You agree to share accurate health and mental health information before your session or program. Some conditions may require referral to another provider for your safety. 3. Professional Conduct A respectful, safe environment is essential. Any inappropriate behaviour results in the immediate end of the session or program without refund. 4. Cancellation Policy Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours: 50% fee applies. No-shows: Full fee may be charged. This is standard within NZ wellness and therapy practices.
