BQH past life regression-timeline exploration is a deep hypnotherapy session designed to help you access insight when something in your life feels blocked, confusing, or unresolved.

Many people arrive at this work after trying to understand things logically, talking them through, or working on themselves in different ways, yet still feeling that something deeper is at play.
 

This session offers a way to explore those deeper layers through your own subconscious and higher awareness, in a structured, grounded, and respectful way.
 

The session lasts between two and a half to three hours, sometimes a little longer, allowing enough space for depth without rushing the process.

How the session works

We begin with a conversation.

 

This is an important part of the session. You come prepared with around ten to twelve questions that matter to you. These questions can be about anything you wish to explore: recurring patterns, relationships, emotional blocks, direction in life, purpose, or experiences that don’t fully make sense.

Once we are clear on your questions, I guide you into a gentle and progressive trance. This is a natural state of focused awareness, not something forced or imposed. You remain present, aware, and in control throughout the session.

The experience usually begins with the exploration of past lives or symbolic experiences that are relevant to what you are living now. These experiences are not analysed or interpreted by me. They are allowed to unfold as information that brings understanding and perspective.

As the trance deepens, the transition into a broader level of awareness happens naturally. This is often described as access to the higher self or superconscious mind. From this state, I read and ask the questions you brought with you, allowing answers to come directly from this higher level of awareness.

The entire session is recorded so you can listen back to it in your own time.

At the end of the session, I gently guide you back to full awareness, allowing time to reorient and integrate.

Online sessions

Most BQH sessions are offered online via Zoom. This works extremely well for this type of work and is often preferred. Being in your own familiar space helps the body and nervous system relax more deeply, and there is no need to travel before or after the session.

Because this is a powerful and introspective experience, I recommend keeping the rest of the day free afterward so you can rest, reflect, or simply take time for yourself.

In-person sessions are also available in Alexandra, New Zealand.

Is this session right for you?

This work may be suitable if you feel stuck or confused about certain areas of your life, notice repeating patterns you don’t fully understand, or feel drawn to deeper inner exploration beyond surface-level answers. It can also be supportive when you are questioning your direction or purpose. Exploring different memories sometimes helps people reconnect with natural abilities, forgotten motivations, or inner resources, and can gently guide them toward what feels meaningful and alive for them.

Rather than focusing only on past lives, the session can be understood as exploring different timelines of experience to gain perspective, clarity, and a greater sense of freedom in how you move forward.

You do not need to believe in past lives for this session to be meaningful. What matters is your openness to experience and to listening to what emerges from within you.

BQH past life regression sessions are offered by appointment only and last approximately two and a half to three hours. Due to the depth of this work, I recommend allowing time afterward for integration and rest.

Hi, I'm Lilly McKenzie

I’m Lilly.

My journey into this work began with my own turning point. During a period of questioning and change, I experienced a QHHT regression session similar to BQH. During that session I had a very clear realisation: I needed to learn hypnosis. That moment shaped the direction of my professional life.

I chose to train in BQH because it allows a more open and flexible approach. In my first years of practice I facilitated many of these sessions, before later exploring other methods and modalities. Over time I developed a strong connection with different techniques, yet I always felt drawn back to this deeper exploratory work.

What I value in BQH is the space it gives. A session lasting two to three hours allows the mind to slow down enough for something more genuine to emerge. People often discover that the answers they were searching for are already within them. They reconnect with intuition, perspective, and a clearer sense of direction.

Today I am returning to this work with renewed appreciation and enthusiasm. I look forward to guiding more sessions and supporting people in accessing their own understanding in a calm and respectful way.
