About the sessions

The Reset Space is a fortnightly online session held on Mondays at 5:45 pm, created for anyone who feels the need to pause, reset, and gently shift the way they relate to life.

 

It is a space you can drop into when you feel the mental load building up, when you notice old patterns of thinking, reacting, or feeling stuck starting to take over.

Each session is different and adapts to the group. We explore how the way you see life influences how you act and react, and how small perspective shifts can create meaningful change.

 

Depending on the number of participants and the energy of the group, sessions may include short mindset exercises in small breakout groups, guided visualisation, self-hypnosis techniques, NLP-inspired reframing, and simple tools you can take back into daily life.

This is an online space to recalibrate, gain awareness, and reset your inner compass, without pressure to perform, share, or “fix” anything.

  • Duration: 1 hour total, using a mix of NLP, hypnosis, visualization and breathing exercises.

  • Where: Online- Live only- at the comfort of your home (it won't be recorded).

  • Price: $12

  • Booking: Tickets must be purchased online before attending. Non-refundable but can be transferred to another session.

  • What to prepare: A quiet, comfortable space where you can sit without interruption. Please minimize distractions such as TV, phones, animals, or family members so you can get the most out of the session.

Each session is a supportive space to pause, reset, and reconnect, both with yourself and with others. Alongside the inner work, there is a strong sense of community. Through simple, guided exercises, you may have the opportunity to connect with others in small groups, share reflections, exchange ideas, goals, or dreams, and strengthen trust, self-esteem, and a sense of worthiness.

The sessions adapt to the group and may include a mix of hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), guided visualisation, breathing techniques, and mindset exercises. Together, these tools support a gentle reset of your mindset and identity, helping you see life, yourself, and your possibilities from a new perspective.

Meet Lilly McKenzie

I am Lilly, a qualified hypnotherapist with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Since 2019, I have been working with clients worldwide, using four different hypnosis methods to facilitate deep transformation. I have experience leading both individual and group hypnosis sessions, helping people rewire limiting beliefs, overcome fear and anxiety, and unlock their full potential. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the subconscious mind, allowing clients to experience lasting change and personal empowerment in a safe and supportive environment.
