Massage des tissus profonds

Un massage des tissus profonds est un massage à pression moyenne à forte qui atteindra les couches profondes des tissus mous. Cela peut aider  soulager  tension musculaire, améliorer  circulation et votre amplitude de mouvement.

Mon style deep tissue s'inspire du massage Raynor, dans une version ''plus douce''. Cela peut être une bonne introduction si vous souhaitez relâcher une tension plus profonde.  

Veuillez noter que le massage des tissus profonds n'est pas un massage de relaxation.

je  utilisez des huiles d'aromathérapie pendant le massage pour un effet plus profond.

Les massages des tissus profonds sont  90 minutes pour plus d'efficacité. J'ai trouvé qu'en 1 heure, t'en as pas assez  temps  pour se détendre et en profiter correctement. Je peux me concentrer sur les zones qui vous posent problème ou je peux faire un massage complet du corps de la tête aux pieds. Pendant le massage, votre corps sera couvert pour votre propre confort et pour vous garder au chaud.
