Cancellation Policy

(For interviews conducted by Lilly McKenzie on behalf of Toastmasters) By participating in this interview (“Recording”), you (“Guest”) agree to the following terms with the Producer, Lilly McKenzie, conducting this interview on behalf of Toastmasters for communication, education, and promotional purposes. 1. Consent to Recording You agree to be recorded (audio and/or video) and understand the Recording may be used publicly for educational, promotional, leadership, and community purposes relating to Toastmasters. 2. Ownership The Producer owns all rights to the Recording. The Producer may edit, publish, distribute, repurpose, and promote the Recording or excerpts across digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, websites, newsletters, and Toastmasters club or district communication channels. 3. Use of Your Name & Image You grant permission for the Producer to use your name, image, voice, and Toastmasters-related bio or achievements in connection with the Recording and its promotion. 4. Toastmasters Promotional Material The Producer may include Toastmasters-related information, meeting announcements, training opportunities, club promotions, or leadership content before, during, or after the episode. Placement is at the Producer’s discretion. 5. Collaboration Features If supported by the platform (e.g., YouTube Collab), the Producer may invite you as a collaborator. Accepting is optional and does not grant ownership or distribution rights. 6. Sharing Rights You may share the full episode anywhere using the official link provided. You may not download, modify, or re-upload the Recording as your own standalone content. You may share Producer-created clips, shorts, or reels with proper credit. 7. Producer-Created Clips The Producer (and authorised assistants) may create promotional clips, reels, shorts, or visual assets and share them across social platforms or Toastmasters communication channels. You may share these materials as published. 8. No Guarantee of Publication The Producer may choose not to publish the Recording or may remove it at any time. 9. No Compensation Participation is voluntary. No financial compensation, royalties, or benefits are owed. 10. Removal Requests The Producer is not required to remove published material unless legally necessary under NZ or international law. 11. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by New Zealand law and intended to be valid internationally.
