Cancellation Policy

By participating in this interview (“Recording”), you (“Guest”) agree to the following terms with Body Mind Care / What Is Your Gift Podcast (“Producer”): 1. Consent to Recording You agree to be recorded (audio and/or video) and understand the Recording will be publicly released for educational and promotional purposes. 2. Ownership The Producer owns all rights to the Recording. The Producer may edit, publish, distribute, repurpose, and promote the Recording and any excerpts on any platform, now or in the future. 3. Use of Your Name & Image You give permission for the Producer to use your name, image, voice, and biography in connection with the podcast and related promotional content. 4. Promotional Material The Producer may include promotional segments before, during, or after the interview (intros, outros, ads, links, event announcements, etc.). These are fully at the Producer’s discretion. 5. YouTube & Social Collaboration If the platform allows (e.g., YouTube Collab), the Producer may invite you to collaborate. This does not grant ownership or the right to upload the full file to your own channel. 6. Guest Sharing Rights You may share the full episode using the official link provided by the Producer (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, website). You may not download, re-upload, edit, or republish the Recording as your own content. Sharing Producer-created clips or reels is allowed with proper credit. 7. Producer-Created Clips The Producer (and authorised assistants) may create short clips, reels, quotes, or promotional content from the interview and publish them across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). You may share these as published but not alter or repurpose them without permission. 8. No Guarantee of Publication The Producer may choose not to publish the Recording or may remove it at any time. 9. No Compensation Participation is voluntary and unpaid. No royalties or payment are owed now or in the future. 10. Removal Requests The Producer is not required to remove published content unless there is a legal, ethical, or safety concern under NZ or international law. 11. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by New Zealand law and intended to be valid internationally.
