Important informations on the day of the session:

  • Please be in a quiet place, no distraction, no pets, phone on silence
  • Headphones are recommended, but optional
  • Set up a goal for deeper change. What would you like to solve right now? What is the most painful thing in your life you want to change now?
  • Be in a comfortable place (sitting or lying down)
  • Camera must be TURNED ON for your own benefit (so I can assist you during the session if necessary)
  • The session will be recorded for training purposes only. It won't be shared.
  • Please be on time. This is a MUST. The reason is because if you come late, you will miss the 'induction' which is the part that will bring you into trance. If you are not in trance, you won't go into self-hypnosis and the session won't be as beneficial. The idea is to 'turn off' your conscious mind (ego mind) so your superconscious mind can do the work for you.

I am really looking forward to meeting you. I love offering this safe space and see how people look more peaceful at the end of a session. It is highly therapeutic. Don't miss out!
