*****You will be able to book 1 week before the session starts. Places are limited. This is a free REAL group SESSION using self-hypnosis. It can be extremely powerful and transformative. Usually the value of such workshop is situated between $80-$150 per person and per session. If you book, make sure you commit. Anxiety can be very harmful for the body and mind. My goal is to offer the possibility to people to experience some relief and for free. I can hold the space to only 12-15 people per session, so please make sure you will be here if you take the ticket. *****

The time is 4pm NZ time (UTC+13). It is open to anyone in the world wanting to experience the power of self-hypnosis.

Important informations on the day of the session:

  • Please be in a quiet place, no distraction, no pets, phone on silence
  • Headphones are recommended, but optional
  • Set up a goal for deeper change. What would you like to solve right now? What is the most painful thing in your life you want to change now?
  • Be in a comfortable place (sitting or lying down)
  • Camera must be TURNED ON for your own benefit (so I can assist you during the session if necessary)
  • The session will be recorded for training purposes only. It won't be shared.
  • Please be on time. This is a MUST. The reason is because if you come late, you will miss the 'induction' which is the part that will bring you into trance. If you are not in trance, you won't go into self-hypnosis and the session won't be as beneficial. The idea is to 'turn off' your conscious mind (ego mind) so your superconscious mind can do the work for you.
