This complimentary 15-minute call is an opportunity for us to briefly explore what you would like to change or improve in your life. During the conversation we can discuss your situation, answer your questions, and see whether hypnotherapy or coaching could support you. Cancellation Policy
By booking any service or program with Body Mind Care, you agree to the following terms: 1. Scope of Services Services include Raynor Massage, therapeutic massage, hypno-massage, BrainSync recordings, Clinical/Simpson Protocol hypnotherapy sessions, follow-ups, and all hypnotherapy programs. These support wellbeing and mindset change but do not replace medical or psychological care. 2. Client Responsibility You agree to share accurate health and mental health information before your session or program. Some conditions may require referral to another provider for your safety. 3. Professional Conduct A respectful, safe environment is essential. Any inappropriate behaviour results in the immediate end of the session or program without refund. 4. Cancellation Policy Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours: 50% fee applies. No-shows: Full fee may be charged. This is standard within NZ wellness and therapy practices.
