Lilly from Body Mind Care holds a diploma in counselling, a French bachelor in clinical psychology and years of experiences in mental health and hypnotherapy. She created a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their concerns and aspirations. Through active listening and empathy, Lilly will support her clients to uncover the underlying causes of their challenges and guide them towards self-discovery and personal transformation.
This therapeutic approach aims to empower individuals to take an active role in their own well-being by encouraging self-reflection, self-care, and self-empowerment. Lilly incorporates a range of evidence-based techniques and interventions, such as mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, visualization, and bodywork to address the multi-dimensional aspects of a person's life.
Lilly’s goal is supporting her clients in their journey towards wholeness, authenticity, and a more fulfilling life.
Every session is tailored to your needs. You will be in a safe and non-judgemental space to express freely. You will also learn some tools and exercises that will help you to navigate through life in a more positive and fulfilling way.
A session is 60 minutes long, including talk and mindfulness exercises. Sessions can be done in person, in Lilly’s therapy room, or online, to the comfort of your home (you must have a good internet connection and camera).
You have the choice to come to one session at the time, but if you are committed to a deeper change, 5 sessions package is highly recommended, or/and a mix of hypnotherapy sessions to go to the roots of your subconscious programs.
